OUTCOMES
Growing in Discipleship
- What we hope every believer at The Well Byron Center will become -
Foundations:
We are apprentices of Jesus who are Biblically grounded, maturing in community, and take personal ownership of our faith.

-
We commit to regularly spend time with Jesus so we can learn to become like Him and do what He does.
-
We live according to patterns of faith such as Bible reading, prayer, Sabbath, fasting, serving others, and giving in order to become individuals and a community who are dedicated to Jesus.
-
We actively learn what the Bible says about all aspects of life so that we can grow in our faith and share hope with others.
-
We actively participate in a church community that is becoming more like Jesus and sharing Him with others.
Wholeness:
We are experiencing wholeness in all areas of life, personally and communally, and can help others find wholeness.

-
We pursue spiritual wholeness made evident through the fruit of the Spirit increasing in our lives.
-
We desire emotional wholeness shaped by a deepening trust in God in all circumstances.
-
We pray for physical wholeness for ourselves and others believing that God is able to heal.
-
We seek to live in harmony with others, giving and receiving forgiveness, and honoring others through our words and actions.
-
We believe in the importance of experiencing deliverance from anything that would seek to oppress us including the primary influences of the world, the flesh, and the devil.
-
We actively participate in a community that practices these areas of wholeness and seeks unity in Christ.
Identity & Authority:
We know our identity and authority in Christ and live in obedience to the Holy Spirit expecting God to move supernaturally.

-
We live out of our Christ-given identity as the foundation for knowing who we are.
-
We live out of our Christ-given authority as the foundations for how we live.
-
We trust the Holy Spirit to guide, gift, and empower our lives.
-
We expect God to move supernaturally through our lives and in our community.
Kingdom Mission:
We embody the love of Christ, know & share the Gospel, engage the world redemptively, and multiply the Kingdom.

-
We are followers of Jesus who know and share the Gospel.
-
We live a lifestyle of evangelism that engages the world redemptively.
-
We are called to pursue justice & reconciliation showing the love of Christ to others.
-
We actively seek where God wants to place us to bring others into His family.
-
We believe that freedom comes and miracles happen where the Gospel is advancing.
